I HAVE RENTED THROUGH ENTERPRISE IN THE PAST WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE HIGHLAND VILLAGE LOCATION IN TEXAS IS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! PAIGE & BRENDAN RUN THE OFFICE WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO PROFFESIONAL & KIND. THEY HELPED ME WITH GREAT SERVICE AS I WAS GOING THROUGH A VERY STRESSFUL TIME WITH MY VEHICLE IN THE SHOP. I WILL ONLY GO TO THIS LOCATION GOING FORWARD. AWESOME!!!!

Car wasn’t at location. Wouldn’t upgrade the car even though it was their error, so we had to go to Lewisville and start over with a new rental.

I rented a car from this location after I got in an accident while my car was in the shop being repaired. When the employee did their inspection with me they didn’t check the trunk (seems irrelevant but will be important later.) So I dropped the car off at the place where my car was being repaired because they told me Enterprise would pick it up from there. Next thing I know I get a call from Enterprise saying that the trunk was damaged and asked me if I noticed or what happened. The trunk was not damaged, to my knowledge when the car was turned in. I didn’t think to explicitly check, but there was no damage that I caused, so I was confused when they called me and said that it was damaged when I dropped the car off. The representative on the phone said someone would be in contact with me to further investigate the matter. Well that communication never happened, the next communication is a bill in the mail for the damages!! It’s really frustrating to not only be charged for damages I didn’t cause or know about but then the lack of communication about the whole process. I feel helpless and feel like I am going to end up having to foot the bill for damages I wasn’t even aware of. Obviously I don’t want to pay for damages that I didn’t cause, but even worse than that is the feeling you get when you get screwed over and feel powerless to do anything about it. ?? Do better Enterprise! Do better!

Insurance Made a Reservation Last Week Yes I understand you had hail damage to your fleet however vehicles that were able to be driven with no glass damage or minor hail damage should have been able to rent out to customers. This company instead continued to take reservations knowing they did not have the cars to fufill them. Poor Management at this location came in to ask about a reservation that was made few days prior to find out this location has been temporarily closed and that all reservations are on hold with a waiting list totally unaceptable. Rented From Hertz without issue was informed that even though their fleet was also damaged they were bringing in cars from airport locations to local branches. Enterprise totally dropped the ball on this storm.

Had a great experience. It was smooth transaction. We booked the car reached there as per the researched time slot and boom… everything was ready.Some few initial paperwork and some explanation and some dos and don’t and we were ready to take off. Although the process hardly took ten minutes or so.All in all great experience.

I wanted to give a shout out to Paige and Brendan for helping me out during this process of setting me up with vehicles. They have been extremely accommodating and I really appreciate their hospitality. It goes a long way. I totally understand what it takes to manage a business and the stresses that are involved of trying to please everyone. They push through it and focus mainly on customer service. Bravo guys y’all deserve a bonus!!!

They don't even pick up their phone. I don't know if they're short staff or something but i waited on hold but no one pick up so i get this "this call can not be transferred" at the end and having to call them back.

Michael and Autumn were both very helpful while I was dealing with the aftermath of a car wreck. Mike made sure I was taken care of for a trip to Florida and back by having my wheels/oil/alignment checked before hand. After the trip when I had to eventually turn the car in I had left a holster clipped to the plastic below the steering wheel (tenicor clips, kinda difficult to remove) and even though they had already rented the vehicle to someone else Autumn was somehow able to get it from the car for me. Good people.

Great experience at the Highland Village location.Mike was awesome going above and beyond to help me.With the rental car shortage still lingering their jobs are not easy.I appreciate the kindness and patience of both Mike and Autumn. Definitely one of a kind in customer service at this location.
