I don’t like leaving reviews but my experience at this location was awful. Please DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I don’t know her name but seems to be the manager since they were asking her for stuff (white old lady with red hair and a lower fade). I stoped to print some papers for work and let me tell you, she was just rude. From raising her voice to literally making faces in front of me.
And from what I see, she’s been getting complains regularly and is trying to cover them by getting good reviews. Please AVOID this location.
FEDEX please fire her and improve your costumer service!

Candice and Jacob were fantastic! They assisted me in creating a return label and were incredibly patient when I encountered technical issues. Their customer service was outstanding—helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Kudos to the team!

The main woman that is always working here is WONDERFUL. She’s so outgoing and kind. She never minds my kids getting into the cards and papers while I’m checking out. She helped me with a project that she didn’t have to go out of her way to do, but did and I was so grateful. She makes me want to use them for all mailing purposes. Such a nice person and can tell she truly loves her job.

Candace helped us out and greatly exceeded our expectations. We came in with a large corporate order and she was able to keep up with the high volume needs we had. This was by far my best experience at fed ex so far.

I came in to ship out a guitar to a friend as a gift and I wanted to make sure he opened the package in a certain way. The team at this FedEx location made sure to direct my friend how to open it helping with the surprise. I truly appreciate the personable approach all the team members and manager took to help ensure this gift for my friend! Truly recommend if you need something packed and shipped

Ms.Amanda was very nice! I have never seen such great customer service. I’m so glad I stopped by here because she was so nice and helpful. She same money and she really helps out customers!

I've recently shipped out several packages through this location and worked with Jenna each time. She is always friendly, helpful, accurate, efficient and provides excellent customer service. I return to this location because of her service! Thank you Jenna!
