Absolutely love this chain. The best pizza ever. We did wait a long time before I had to ask for a server, but that doesn't stop me from eating at one.

Ordered delivery. One would think when spending $100 for a dinner you would get more intended quality in the food items. DO NOT GO TO GRIMALDI'S at this location. HORRIBLE. This is the 2nd chance we've given this location and the same experience. Pepperoni pizza had sausage on it. "House salad" was literally all outer lettuce leaves (disgusting) and the serving for $10 was insulting. The dessert trio was a skinny slice of oreo cheesecake small enough to eat in 1 bite and the cannoli wasn't even filled all the way with the cream filling. This place is truly an insult to the original NY location and it's a complete insult who spend this type of money for delivery - you expect a perfect pizza and delivery experience. Again, DO NOT ORDER OR GO TO THIS GRIMALDI'S. Complete rip off. Go to Gyro across the street or even Vinny's down a little bit off of 2499.

Slowly going downhill for past few years. Food quality/consistency tanked after pandemic. Now the service is nonexistent. Walked out 20 minutes after being seated in a half empty restaurant. No acknowledgement despite many workers walking by or standing around. Still love the concept when they're at their best, but this location needs an immediate management change.

I had visited my friends in flower mound, Texas and after watching an episode of the chef's table - special pizza episode in Netflix, I was trying to try some authentic Italian pizza. We searched and found Grimaldi and pulled the entire family to have an pizza night. We were so desperate that we went at 3 o'clock and were told to come back at four because the ovens were just getting started so we loitered around and then went back at four and it was 30 minute wait even then and then so we had a glass of wine at the bar and then when our name got called, we were seated. Some of the stars got reduced because we were waiting for about 30 minutes before Anybody could even come and ask us for an order or if we are ready to order. Neighbouring tables had guests come, got the pizza before we raised our hand and asked somebody to help us. She said that the water glasses are all the dishwasher and if she could give us water and go to cups. We said okay and even then the water didn't come till we called the Manager and asked them to serve water and take our order. We ordered the pesto vegetarian large pizza and a small sausage, pepperoni onion jalapeño non-veg pizza. I must say the pizza was excellent, Thin crust. very well done on the coal brick fired oven brick and we enjoyed the dinner, albeit the experience with ordering. Hopefully we can have a better experience because the Manager did try to explain to us, that they were short shortstaffed.

We had a great time. The wait can be long but I highly recommend you order a salad which will help pass the time. The pizza tasted delicious and the service was great. Would definitely come back for a visit.

My wife and I come here almost every week for date night. The staff is great and the food is consistently on point.Dietary restrictions: They off a gluten-friendly pizza crust option that tastes great and doesn't cause issues with my wife's sensitivity.

Fresh ingredients, tasty food - pizza is a bit thin and gets cold fast. Kid friendly, but also a bit pricey.

Disgusting table littered with crumbled pizza crust and sauce from a customer that had been there before. We litterly had to wipe our own table down unless we wanted other peoples food on our "clean" table. The plates on the table had red sauce still dried on them as if they couldn't even afford hot water. When I asked for an obvious red wine it took not once but twice and the waiter still brought white wine. Clearly the owner doesn't care as I spoke to him shortly after. I wouldn't go here unless you plan on ordering to-go cause that's about all they can seem to do right. This was on a Saturday at 5pm the restaurant was barely half full. Embarrassing to say the least and I won't ever consider bringing my mother back to this slum.
