If you’re looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable dentist and staff, I highly recommend going to Highland Village Smile Studio! Everyone has been extremely kind each visit. After a negative experience at another dentist, I’m so grateful for each experience I have had here.

Dr Richardson is an awesome dentist! The staff is so kind and caring. I am terrified of the dentist and always have been. Noemi really helped put me at ease today before my filling as I was starting to have an anxiety attack as the nitrous kicked in but she helped me through it and I’m so grateful. Joanna at the front is great too. Just a very caring staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Really disappointed in the lack of service from HVSS. I just moved back to area, needed to see a dentist and after several voicemail messages as well as a Facebook message (spam of 8days), I could even not get a call back or response of any kind. Can’t even begin to imagine the responsiveness if I had a real dental emergency. I understand if your practice is full and not accepting new patients however a lack of any communication is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

My first appointment was yesterday and was such a relief. All of the staff was friendly and caring from the front office Joanna to the Dental Hygienist Ana, and finally Dr Richardson. The office was clean and inviting, with a variety of great music playing. There even was a massager in the dental chair which I think helped me relax. They took the time to explain my treatment plan and options. I am so glad that this office was recommended to me!! I will be back soon!!

I have been a dental assistant for over fifteen years and have worked in corporate offices to four private practices. During all these years I have witnessed different approaches in the dental field, but have never worked with a dentist as precise as Dr Richardson. She takes her time with each individual and her demeanor and genuine kindness make her patients feel at ease. That is why I am now an established pt at her office. Excellent service as always. Made my procedure as painless as possible (even including a comforting shoulder rub during the numbing shots ?). Kept me informed about what was going on all the way through and gave me thorough care and maintenance instructions for my time until the final portion of the procedure.

This experience is consistent with my previous visits. Reception was courteous and fast. Each hygienist is gentle and diligent in their work. They make me feel welcome and Anna did an excellent job today. Like always, I walked away with a smile!

I recently made a change in dentist to Dr. Nicole Richardson. Her kindness and competence are outstanding. Her entire staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to help from Joann in front office to the hygienists and assistants. I have never had a better cleaning than from America. They schedule appts appropriately, never a long wait. Their pricing is very competitive. I am glad I made the switch.
