Traveled to this location to pick up 2 items my local store didn't have in stock. I called and spoke with Michelle to verify the items were there and she went to the floor to confirm they were. When I arrived my items were waiting on me. Customer Service was great starting with Michelle. It started raining and Chris walked my mom out with an Umbrella and Michelle had her team wrap my items to avoid getting wet. I didn't get my cashier’s name but she was also awsome along with one of the managers who assisted her. Customer Service was awsome and I don't mind driving back to get that type of service! Thanks team.

Store is clean and organized and the line may be long but they ring people up very quickly.

I love shopping homegoods to find items, but on the way out I always sigh and just put items back because the line is damn near at the door each time. It's ridiculous. Other comments are right, expect to spend at least 30 minutes here. They need more cashiers. They legit have 2-3 cashiers open at a time when they got like 11 cashiers in total. And the sense of timing at cashiers is also awful, but I think because of the shortage of people, they're having to multitask when they should be prioritizing customers checking out else the line gets long. More cashiers please.

Clearly understaffed. Customer service, if you could even call it that, was pathetic and a true reflection of piss poor management. Waited at the jewelry counter for 30+ minutes waiting on an attendant — as did other customers. Evidently, asking staff for assistance does not yield results at this location. Asked three staff and all ignored customers awaiting assistance in the jewelry section. Won’t be back!

Long line and there are only 4 cashier counters open ! You all should make it easier for customers not expecting them to wait in long lines for hours

This is a nice TJ Maxx store that always has a good selection of goods. Pretty large store with HomeGoods attached. The only issue is they don't have enough cash registers and help to keep the lines short. It seems there is always a line and wait of at least 15-30 minutes to check out

Store is a mess for the holidays and lines taking too long. No room for cart. So hard to find stuff.

The logic behind the management of customer lines at this location is baffling.Great selection if you are willing to dedicate 30 mins minimum to waiting to purchase. Pro tip… Download a movie, bring some popcorn, comfortable shoes, and a drink. It’s going to be a longer checkout experience than a shopping one.

I was pretty excited to shop at home goods/tj max for the first time. Went to checkout the line was long and I could tell the coworkers were doing their best, my issue was getting to the check out line for "Devon or Devan" he seems irritated. Either was having a bad day or annoyed that they had many customers to take care of. His customer service ruined my first time shopping with home goods/tj max. I had applied for the credit card while shopping in the store and when I got to the checkout I told him about my 10% coupon not once but twice that my phone told me to show him the code with valid ID. Totally ignored my request told me to enter my CC # on the keypad. So not only did I get bad customer service but didn't get to use my 10% coupon and I don't get to come this way often so it'll expire before I can use it. Then he had asked me if I wanted my dishes wrapped and I said yes please and he seemed even more annoyed that I wanted them wrapped. Then grabbing them from the counter he kinda dropped it back on the counter cause he grabbed with one hand... I was worried he was gonna break my product I was purchasing... this visit was very disappointing. I will avoid this one from now on and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Shelving was cluttered but I seen one employee doing her best to organize small section. The women's bathroom was also pretty disgusting

Checkout experience is as expected when everyone working is 16-20 years old with no supervision. If only they would put some effort into checking everyone out instead of having a chit chat between every transaction, they might have time to relax during the natural ebb and flow of customers. Instead, the employees have zero sense of urgency and just create a miserable checkout experience through their lackadaisical attitude.

Line to check out is incredibly slow! It’s worse than the holiday season. I only moved 8 feet in 20 minutes. The line is almost wrapped around twice and all the way to the back of the store. There are only 3 clerks checking out. Way too understaffed at the check out and too many others wandering around moving things and piddling. Won’t be coming back to this particular Home Goods, TJ Max Store until maybe after the holidays and until next year. It shouldn’t take an hour plus to check out!
