Nice place to buy this concept of jewelry, where you can be adding different charms to a bracelet among other options.Products look good, nice variety of charms and service was really good (at the beginning, while doing the sale).There is a downside to this, which was the bracelet was longer than we needed it, so the service was requested to remove a couple of links, while some of the charms were soldered to it as well.For our surprise, we did not find the links removed in our box. We noticed this a day or two after and after calling to ask about them, we were told that they were only returned if we requested them. What the business does is they end up gaining free bracelets after removing links from their own customers who already paid for them.One should not need to ask for their goods to be returned to you after this is your property, we had already paid for them.When contacting them by phone, the options they provided were not useful, and until this moment (two weeks later) we have not been returned our call with a solution.

As a long time JA customer, since 1960’s & hv purchased many gifts from this location & I will not be back. I just had the worst service experience & left to go to another JA location. The lady I spoke to was totally distracted and actually walked off to the back area while I was talking. She never looked at me & continued to process some other paperwork while I stood there. No help whatsoever. I noticed 2 other employees were patiently answering questions & helping with selections. Very disappointed.

Service was friendly and professional. Its to bad that James Avery no longer carries the Saint France Cross. I had one and wore it all the time. Unfortunately it was stolen and I miss it greatly. I loved it so much I often gave it as a gift. Maybe one day in the future they will make it again. Kathleen

Dropped off a few old rings to be cleaned. Picked them up the same day and they both looked brand new!! Jenni was very friendly and helpful.

When I walked in there was a lady that was being mean to the sales person. I had to apologize and told the manager Michelle that I’m sorry the way he got treated. Michelle was very friendly and help me with the rings that I was looking for.
