“I just wanted to give a shout-out to Brittany Perry for making my daughter feel special on her 5th birthday yesterday. We were in town from Alabama visiting family and we had a little birthday party for her last night before heading back home this morning. Brittany found out it was her bday and offered to buy her a pink cake pop from Starbucks out of her own pocket. Then proceeded to give her a $1 and told her happy birthday. My daughter, Charlee, danced her whole way to the car and waived her dollar around like it was a million bucks. She was so excited. I don’t think she’s ever experienced kindness like that from a complete stranger. We need more people like her in this world.”
