Worst customer return service policy. Save your money!!! They will not even give you store credit, basically you are out of luck and your money.

Not as many gifts as I remembered when it first opened. Too many clothes. Lots of stuff imported. I expected more crafted, unique items.

The saddest sandwich ever. One slice of turkey, no tomato or lettuce served on it. They put lettuce under the fruit and I wasn’t going to use that because it would taste like fruit juice. Overpriced and super frustrating wait staff. I called to ask if there were outlets and when I arrived and found a seat with an outlet I was greeted by a lady who was very disgruntled that I found a spot with an outlet and pretty much told me to move. I said I came here specifically for the outlet to work, and she continued to make my time there miserable and frustrating. Plenty of other places to spend $10 on a tiny sad sandwich and fruit.

I’m gonna be honest I used to like this store, that was until today. My older sister and I went simply to enjoy the last day of our spring break,we had no intention of purchasing, but simply wanted to enjoy our last day before spring break ends. After about ten minutes of looking around an employee comes up to us and starts accusing us of shoplifting! She continuously tells us to drop whatever we had and we were holding only our coffee’s and our wallets. We felt extremely uncomfortable. She also proceeded to saying us simply walking around was suspicious. For the record we did not shoplift from this store at all, however she still accused us no matter how much we told her we didn’t and we also had proof of this. This ruined our experience and we plan on never returning to this store.
