Went there for an adoption event. While there we did purchase a tag for our kitten at home lady at the counter super nice walked over and showed us how to use the machine.

Great place to get items needed for your pets, and can't beat the convenience of a veterinarian on site or the groomers. We regularly use the groomers and have been very pleased with the service we receive.
