We love Pigtails & Crewcuts in Highland Village! We always see Melissa and she’s the best. She is always so sweet and patient with our son who is on the spectrum. We’ve been exclusively scheduling with her for a couple of years now because she takes the time to talk to him and reassures him that everything she’s doing is okay and he always looks great at the end of the cut. Thank you, Melissa and the staff at Pigtails & Crewcuts for making a stressful and scary situation so much easier for him. We appreciate you all!

We’ve been coming here for years for our son and daughter’s haircuts. We’ve gone to a few other haircut places in between and no one ever does as good of a job as Pigtails and Crewcuts! We’ve had several different stylists and they all do such a good, clean job. Melissa has become our favorite over the years so we always request her. She’s so sweet and playful and she always gets the cuts exactly how we want them! But you can’t go wrong with any of the stylists. We love this place!

Had a confirmed appointment and I show up to a painter inside saying there are no appointments today. No one called to cancel my appointment. Wasted time and gas. Who runs a business like that? Lost a customer today.

I’ve been to the Highland Village location multiple times with my girls and every time we have such a wonderful experience. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and make my kiddos feel so comfortable, especially my older one who doesn’t really like people touching her head. Never an issue here and I will come to this location as long as they are able to take my kids!

We’ve been coming to Pigtails & Crewcuts for over 7+ years. We started in the fun airplane/train seats and have transitioned to the “big kid” side. Lorie has been so kind and welcoming when she checks my boys in. We’ve seen a handful of stylists over the years but have kept coming back for Tosha. She’s made my boys feel comfortable and has consistently given them great haircuts.

Stylist: I love taking my daughter here to see Tosha! I started taking my daughter here just before her 2nd birthday for her first haircut and I was nervous how it’d go, but Tosha is so sweet and just really good at what she does so every time has been a positive experience. Tosha has been, and will continue to be, our go to for as long as possible! She is THE ONE that my daughter has loved and trusted for nearly ten years! Tosha knows what my daughter likes, encourages her with life and her happenings, and genuinely cares! She has helped us through all the chlorine and my daughter’s activities. Our 5 year old has been going to Ms. Tosha since he was two and we won’t go anywhere else. She is so patient and quick, and does a great job every time! We love this place & Ms. Tosha!

Went in for the first time today with my 3 year old son and had an appointment with Tosha based on other reviewers. She lived up to all the positive things I had read. SO sweet with my son, took her time, and genuinely seemed like she loves what she does. Highly recommend!!

We have been coming to see Ms. Tosha for almost a year and she is WONDERFUL! My toddler can be fussy and hard to distract and she does an amazing job calming him down.

Such a wonderful place and crew. Miss Tasha is the best. My grandson is autistic and he loves her. She works so well with him and truly amazes me. She is so sweet and always gives me a hug. Best place ever!!!

We’ve been bringing our son here for several years - since his first haircut. He will only come here and get his hair cut with Tosha. She has always been AMAZING with him and makes him feel comfortable, as he sometimes struggles with the sensory part of getting a haircut. He has had several hairstyles over the years, and Tosha always cuts it exactly how he wants it! Highly recommend!!!
