The new check-in kiosk in the pharmacy is silly, and when you try to ask a question with or without first stopping at the kiosk, you're not even acknowledged, at least by Hannah. Which is sad. The technology brings a serious lack of customer service.

Accolades to Joella, pharmacy tech at the Walgreens in Highland Village, Texas. She used a coupon and obtained the prescription I’ve been needing for 6 months, which had been overlooked by everyone else at the pharmacy. I am now doing a happy dance!
