I went and got glasses and contacts a few weeks ago and everything is great with my glasses and contacts.The day I went I was greeted very nicely by Sona and Mary Ann. Sona was quick to help me order my glasses and contacts! When I went to pick up my glasses, I was greeted nicely by Mary Ann and Kaylee, which again they were super happy and polite! Mary Ann helped adjust my glasses and they fit me just fine afterwards.The team that they have here is amazing and I recommend this place for new people that need glasses or contacts. Really great prices and such friendly staff! Thank you for a great experience!

I had such a great experience at the vision center! Audra and her team do a fantastic job taking care of their clients. I came in multiple times to get my glasses adjusted where I feel comfortable and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more grateful for the customer service.

Audra is RUDE! If you come here, make sure you find out when Audra will be there and avoid going on those days. This woman had nothing to do and she still did help us one bit. The only thing she did was follow after us and clean all the glasses we touched. I have never encountered anything like this in my life, even at this location, which I have been to any number of times. When we asked if she could look and see if a pair of glasses came in other sizes, she said "No." and that was the end of the conversation. We left at that point.

Brought my prescription into the Vision Center at the Walmart in Highland Village. I thought I knew just want I wanted in frames until Mary Ann suggested others. She has a great eye! I feel in love with some I wouldn’t have considered. Mary Ann isn’t a pressure salesman; she opened up options and guided me to make the decisions best for me. she has won me over as a fan!

Great service! And half the price of anywhere else! J helped me & was so attentive even though they were busy ( and still acknowledged everyone that came in). He took the time to explain things to me & pulled together a quote that worked perfectly. I will definitely be going back in the future! Thank you for all of your help!

I received more than EXCELLENT assistance from Ethan in the Vision Center. He was able to order non-prescription shatterproof lenses in a regular women's frame which is exactly what I needed to wear playing Pickleball to protect my eyes. I had tried a variety of sports safety glasses which wrapped around the sides of my face; they would steam up from sweating while playing; didn't work. After trying to find another source for the type of glasses I felt would work (I tried 3 other centers), Ethan took his time, was patient, and determined to help me; and he did. I picked up my glasses an hour ago and am really very satisfied. I highly recommend Ethan at Walmart Supercenter in Highland Village!!!

Ordered new contacts and glasses at Walmart Highland Village. Unfortunately I damaged one glasses lens shortly after purchase. Under warranty. Great. Then the replacement lenses were not made correctly and would not fit my new frames. So frames and damaged lenses all sent back to lab. Third time a charm. Throughout the entire process, Audra, Mary Ann and Ethan all provided kind, professional assistance despite all the setbacks. Great staff. Kudos.
