I literally called just to get some information about my account & a pending check & the lady STRAIGHT UP hung up on me. she didn't even say anything or assist me, just hung up. i definitely won't be calling or going to this location again.

I've been waiting for an hour to meet with a banker. It would be less aggravating if they were actually talking about banking. If you're just walking up to the counter you'll have no problem there, fast and efficient. However if you beer to sit and talk, good luck.

You would think a world wide financial institution like Wells Fargo would have customer service training. I walked into the lobby as I needed to process a service that is not provided via the drive thru window. Two separate customers were being assisted at desks to my left and one customer at the in front of me. After a few more minutes a manager came up to help the employee trying to help the guest in front of me. Just then I noticed two other employees discussing lunch plans. They exited just a few minutes later. After 15 minutes I walked out. No one ever greeted me. I get it that they are busy but one of the first things that is taught in customer service training is the acknowledgement of clients. Time to look for another financial organization.

Nothing against the employees at this particular branch, but Wells Fargo is the WORST banking/financial institution I've ever come across. They get a poor score From the Better Business Bureau as well.

Love this place. Got my first credit card here, diving into the real world of banking so it has a special place in my heart. The staff here is the of super friendly variety that you would expect from tellers. I'm not in town often but there are still quite a few ladies here that remember me and my mom even asking how school is and remembering my major and so on which I can say half my family doesn't even know. They always get me the best deals to keep from getting fees with my often spermatic balance and never judge me for my odd requests like to get a quarter out of my checking account. The only thing I would wish for is an ATM outside in the front rather than just the car one when they are closed. I will often go to the one further down after hours because the get down ATM is honestly more convenient to me.

Wow, what a super friendly group they have at this location, i was greeted at the door, in fact she opened the door for me and welcomed me with a fantastic smile and i received the same thing at the counter from the gentleman that helped me, i recently opened a business and chose them for their business checking account and we have been very pleased.
