I've been a loyal WHBM customer for years. Ever since coming out as trans, they've always been ready to help and never been judgemental or the least bit negative. The affirmation I receive as a now transitioned woman has always made me so happy shopping at almost any location. Consistently great service and I always find something I love. This location was great today, helping me out together something that fit my aesthetic for the evening as well as having ample flexibility for the future. The ladies were all amazing and I'll definitely be back!

Do not shop at this store!! I came in today with my mom and my two children and was treated horribly, not by all staff but by one particular woman. I felt like she was just watching the kids to see what they were doing. She said something to them and I immediately moved them to the other side of the store. I felt very uncomfortable, like our every move was being watched and not in a nice way. We had every intention of buying but were immediately put off. I said something like we better leave before they kick us out and the lady smirked. I wish I would have asked for her name. The racks are full and the store is impeccable and now I clearly no why!

Visited today and the sales associate (Shirley by the receipt) that put me in a fitting room, opened the curtain while I was changing, stood there while I had my shirt off and gave the excuse that she was checking on me. I said that can be done verbally. She seemed to have zero sense of boundaries and it is never OK to just open a curtain when you 100% know someone is behind trying on clothes. Won't be shopping there again.

Who on gods green earth are the two old bitties who were working at your Highland Village store two weeks ago on Thursday evening? I’ve never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I am a loyal customer and went in to pick up a few things I was completely ignored while they were at the cash register and then ignored him while I was in the dressing room and ignored again as I came out and was walking around. There was no one in the store and they clearly saw me as they made eye contact. I walked around and looked at a few things and then decided to leave as I sat the items down and went to walk out the door they laughed at me. Sorry but I am in a customer service industry and in this day and time with the situation with brick and mortar stores customer service is all you have and here you do not have that. Poorly done!

Customer service is demeaning and judgmental. Walked in because of the window display, wasn’t able to touch the shirt I wanted to look at then someone stood outside the dressing room while o tried on one shirt and didn’t have a back or anything I gave my phone and wallet to my husband. When I was done I said I didn’t like the way it fit and the response was “well it would fit better if it was your size” my intentions were to keep looking but when she smugly replied, “sorry we’ve couldn’t help you” I knew I should just leave.

The quality of clothing here is wonderful, unfortunately I can't say the same about the customer service. I made a few returns 3 weeks ago, and the lady at the counter treated me like I was a college student trying to make a few bucks off of stolen clothing. I had all tags and receipts and the purchases were less than a week old. I will not shop at this location anymore, as it was humiliating to be treated with such disregard. She rolled her eyes, kept averting her eye contact, and was generally rude. There was no customer service that I could appreciate. I might as well have just done my shopping online, as are the current times. Very disappointing.

As requested, I called the number they sent so we could "resolve the situation." After waiting on hold for quite a while, a customer service rep. spoke with me. She had no record of my issue, so I had to recount my entire store experience. After doing so, I was told that I should email someone else, and tell them about my experience. I asked what would happen then -- she didn't know. I explained that I called today because they asked me to, and said they would rectify things -- the onus should not be on me to chase down multiple representatives in the hope of reaching a satisfactory resolution. I appreciated the request to call them, thinking they were taking responsibility for the poor, unprofessional in-store service my wife and I experienced -- but, in the end, I was just further ostracized and abused. Extremely poor performance!

Horrible staff. Beware if you’re a size 14 or higher. You will be immediately judged!! Shamed!!! you will receive horrible customer service. I wish I knew the associates name. I didn’t get it. That’s my fault.

Incredible customer service! I had looked and looked and looked for a dress to wear to a funeral that was happening the following day. I asked an employee there (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) but she basically helped me pick out everything. I was in and out with the perfect outfit in less than an hour. She was so helpful and I'll never forget about caring she was to me in my time of need.

Great clothes but terrible staff ! I was looking for an interview suit but instead of helping they just stood there and ignored me. When I asked questions they acted like I couldn’t afford anything in the store and we’re extremely rude upon checkout, I bought a suit because I needed it quickly . Although I live in Flower Mound and the store is convenient I will find a different White House Black Market to shop at in the future.

For the last two years I have been obsessed with this store. It has everything I need and wear for work and for every day. I love the shoes, the suits, the shirts...and the HV store is pretty good. The ladies know me now and are always super helpful. Adele and Christine especially are sweet and helpful. My 4 stars is for the store employees and the awesome clothes. Unfortunately I have decided to stop buying from WHBM due to their return policy and difficult to deal with customer service line. Every return I do there is just complicated and never seamless. My work schedule is tight and so I don't have time to try on in the store-i take it home try it on and return what I need to. But last month I spent $2000 in the store -so it's ridiculous that they treat me like I'm trying to rip them off somehow with a return. Not the ladies at the store. WHBM policies. I am going to start shopping elsewhere due to this return policy and I will recommend everyone to do the same.
