They’ll sell you a service and charge you while never providing or attempting to resolve why it’s not being provided! Stay away and report them to the FTC!

As of today we are three weeks without internet. We have yet to actually talk to a human being. You can bet I will be protesting loudly when I get charged for service they did not provide. If I could give the a zero star I would.
