We had a steer purchased at the YMBL Auction processed here, along with a pig from Law Farms. They were prompt in processing, all cuts are pretty much exactly what I’d asked for, and the slim jim sausage is out if this world. I should have got more of them !

1. Also we will be soon fully State Inspected 2. We are a Custom Exempt Slaughter house and Deer Processor (during season) Hours vary during Deer Season (call to verify if we’re here) We do Cattle, Swine, Lambs and Goats. Product is Vacuum sealed and boxed once frozen.
