We had a steer purchased at the YMBL Auction processed here, along with a pig from Law Farms. They were prompt in processing, all cuts are pretty much exactly what I’d asked for, and the slim jim sausage is out if this world. I should have got more of them !

Hours vary during Deer Season (call to verify if we’re here)
We do Cattle, Swine, Lambs and Goats.
Product is Vacuum sealed and boxed once frozen.
