I have never had this bad service at this bank before. My family has been going here before it was Woodforest & the lady that was supposedly helping me did not listen & I HAVE IT ALL RECORDED & I was nice up until she ignore me which she DIDN'T even say sorry I can't help you, she just started telling people Hello welcome 2 times & then ask the other guy that walked in do you need to withdrawl. I know I am suppose to have $100 in the account every month but now I am getting charge $6.95 supposedly for service charge. I had $104.42 but my account says I have $97.47 now & that's because of the service charge that is what got me under 100 & it is gonna keep reapeating now. She says in the recording to at least have $101 well I had 104.42 I can do math can she. I don't know how long she has been there but apparently not long that was the worst customer service I have ever never gotten there because that bank has always help but this employee NO. She acted like I didn't understand, no she didn't care to listen & she didn't even care to look closely at my account & see.

Couldn’t leave a review without adding a star. One is too many! My husband wrote a check out to our granddaughter for her birthday. Our handwriting is not as good as it used to be. We are 76 years old and a lil shaky. 1st letter in her name is L. My husband makes capital L sort of like a weird S .Anyway he also put a happy birthday on bottom of check which was written on her birthday. She showed her drivers license which showed of course her full name and date of birth. They wouldn’t cash or deposit into her checking account, and “this is her bank”!, gave them her bank card too and I showed them my drivers license as my name is also on check written to granddaughter. They still refused it. All the rest of her first and last name was suitable but because he didn’t write his L like they thought it should be blah blah blah! Really unbelievable!!! Very rude tellers.

Drive through for 11 minutes,they open at 7 am. I never seen anyone. Thanks for make me late and haven to go to the baytown branch before going into work in Houston

My experience with this bank only proved challenging after hours when it is most inconvenient. You don't get notices of fraud charges on your card for 24 hours and 24 hour customer does not exist. The phones just give you the run around after hours. I couldn't use the automated services because it would not let me into the system.

Couldnt get them to answer the phone for anything. Dont waste your time calling the branch, they dont care about their customers.
