“Excellent service....up font price quotes...and no BS I first took my car down the street to Firestone Complete Auto (Broadway St. - San Antonio) care to patch a tire that kept running low on pressure. Mark Sosa (Firestone Complete Auto) ...who is the manager informed me that I had a nail too close to the sidewall of the tire.... & that Firestone Complete Auto would not patch it...but rather sell me a new tire...etc. I passed on the bait & switch from Firestone Complete Auto (Mark Sosa) & drove to Broadway Tire & Auto. Broadway Tech working on my tire showed me in person (in the back of the shop) where the nail was. Nail was not even close to sidewall. Tire was patched & all is well now. Note: The employees at Firestone Complete Auto are Scammers. The employees & leadership at Broadway Tire & Auto are awesome/professional & very detail oriented. From this point on...I will %100 be taking my business to Broadway Tire & Auto.”

“Came here , no wait time straight into business, took less than 30 mins to fix my bent 20’ alum rim! he charged me for a simple 1 bend fix , him or me not knowing how many bents it actually had , he went with a set price and I paid , it turned out to be multiple bends ,after seeing the extra service it need I did not have any more cash on me to cover it .however the owner (Ralph) was super kind and took care of the bends not included in the price I paid, he also took care of a nail in my tire completely free !, very honest and professional work from these guys , i highly recommended anyone with broken or bent rims to shop by and show them some love !
