Had to ask for assistance, which is totally fine, but no one ever came. I'm not going to beg someone to take my money. Saw mutiple people standing around not helping any other customers. We decided to take our business to another Ace.

Shout out to the wonderfully sweet and kind woman helping us out in the screws/bolts department! She had on a black denim cap with stars on it but didn’t catch her name, but she was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed! Big thank you to everyone at the store for being so nice and genuine!

Do not and I mean do NOT take anything to the “repair” department here. I dropped off my stihl kombi (that I purchased here less than 6months ago) on July 19th I have not received any update from them, no one answers a phone in the department and the voicemail has been full for 2+ weeks.
When I finally had time to go in to get an answer I was first told they missed it and then argued that it hasn’t been a month like I originally stated, so I corrected myself that tomorrow would make 4 weeks, the employee continued on “it hasn’t been a month” and finally said I can take it somewhere else or that I’m next in line.
I’ve left it there for now to see if they make good on their word, I’m not holding breath but I have limited time to take it to cleburne.

First time walking in I'm like wow ok lots of material and supplies everywhere making it clutter like but good variety of stuff
