We signed up for their internet.. suppose to take 3 days to get our equipment ... 16 days later , nothing . So we go back into the store where we signed up .. they can not help us at all . The only thing they could tell us was that we already had internet ... even though WE NEVER GOT ANY EQUIPMENT!! The girl at the store seemed way more interested in her fake lashes than helping my elderly mother at all . They have been staring at a blank t.v for almost 3 weeks and everyoneat the store couldnt care less . Please take your business elsewhere !!seriously !!

My wife and I were in the Hillsboro TX store yesterday after I talked to the main customer service/sales rep. on the phone so I was given some information including that the deal that they were giving me was available at there stores also. When we entered the store there were three store sales people playing on their phones and pads. The young Spanish lady finally started to help us. It was like pulling teeth to get her to answer questions, or to just show us some phones. It was the worst customer service that I have ever had in shopping for plans or phones. Nothing from the information from what I had been given from the previous call to the main customer service jived with what she was telling us. She either just said she didn't know or wasn't sure. My wife and I were in disbelief that a person of this knowledge base and desire to assist could be helping customers. Worst ever experience in cell phone shopping!!! If I could less than 1 star I would have.

I have mixed reviews, I had dealt with Corinne the day before, when I went back after deciding to buy a Samsung flip 4 , she was with a customer I honestly wanted to wait for her but after waiting a while it appeared she would be with this customer for a while so I asked the guy who just finished with his customer to help me he seemed reluctant but did tell him what phone I wanted and plan he sat it up and was transferring my stuff then started waiting on another customer before showing me anything about the phone, I tried waiting and seemed like transferring stopped he was with another customer and I couldn't get his attention, so the manager came over looked at it said there was nothing more to do and it could take up to 3 days and basically said just take it home. I didn't get a thank or see you later had to box up my own stuff and walked out, got home immediately the wrong email came up and I'm not goi g to lie I was mad so I went back and Corinne was super nice and helped me out and explained some of the new features on this phone. I regret not waiting for her she was extremely helpful without getting the sales. Corinne is worth the wait next time I know.

The fact that I am even having to put a star on here infuriates me. I went to the store earlier today to purchase an iPad. I should’ve trusted my gut and realized the salesman JADEN was not being an honest salesman. He rushed his words with me as if to confuse me and not ask questions. I called ATT customer service and found out that Jaden had added extra fees to my plan. He took it upon himself to add insurance to my plan without even telling me. That right there should be grounds for termination. The only reason I am sticking with this provider is because of the superb customer service I received when I called ATT service line. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Maritza was fantastic. She truly was very helpful. She was the ONLY employee working. She was working with two customers and had another waiting when we walked in. She was polite and let us know she was by herself and would be with us as soon as she was finished. Honestly, aside from the wait - best experience and customer service I've had ever with AT&T.

We were with Straight Talk for years but their customer service has gotten really bad! We stopped by your Hillsboro store and met Maritza. With myself coming from a customer service and teaching background, I want you too know, Maritza, is by far, 1 of the best sales reps I have come in touch with in a long time. She took the time to set up my phone and then made sure I knew how to finds things..(I now have memory trouble) Maritza is a HUGE ASSET to AT&T. We are looking forward to doing business with AT&T.

I want to thank Hannah Greer for all the help with my bill and my plan. She was very helpful sending me to the right places and telling me exactly what to do to resolve a very bad situation. If you are in the area, talk to Hannah about anything, she will set you up and never lie about a contract like the people over the phone will. Thanks again Hannah and you will be seeing me and my family again for all our AT& T needs!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen and from a store manager No less! she has no place in the customer service industry. I hope that manager doesn’t treat her employees the way she does guest. Do NOT recommend doing any business at this location PERIOD! Honestly don’t recommend ATT at all with their outrageous pricing and NEVER wanting to help their customers.
