“I had a 5 star experience today with Sarah. By far the best experience inside of a branch. I had a few check that needed to be deposited and Sarah took care of it for me. She also asked if I needed anything else. I had a question in reference to my account and she offered to look into my account and call me back. I was driving through and needed to get back on the road. She is the first representative that offered so I gladly left my number. Sarah called me back in a timely manner with plenty of information and options for me to choose from. She also offered to set up an appointment once for me to come back. I live about 45 minutes away from this branch but I will gladly make the appointment and the drive to get this level of service. Thank you Sarah!!”
