“the wash bay wasn't clean,there was trash and mud. It was rather funny that a employee Pulled up and walked around looked at both bays,emptied the trash can at the Vaccum Station and left. Wash didn't seen to do as good of Job as it has in the Past”

“The car wash at the touchless area washed our car pretty good for $15.
Only thing that they need to fix is when after I payed the car wash, the undercarriage activated and I got kind of soaked, and when I get back in the car, the undercarriage literally just shut off without driving through it. that probably needs to be fixed
Overall is a pretty good place to wash your car and I like the other bay that has a soft touch as well but soon you need to replace the top brush because it’s all dirty and may risk scratching the car.”

“I really like going to tidal wave to get my vehicle washed, it actually does a great job compared to others like “Whitewater”. I’d rather drive to Hillsboro than to Waco to get my vehicle washed. Thank you Gavin for great customer service and asking me how my car wash experience was. 🙏🏽”
