Went for inspection. Long wait. Broke hood latch, could've happened to anyone. I just wish that they told me about it before I left!

I was in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and it was cold up there and my tires lost pressure. While I was driving back home, (Austin area) my tire sensor came on because of my tire pressure. So, I pulled over at a gas station and put air in them. I cleared my codes and went back on the road.... not 10 mins later, it came back on. I thought I picked up a nail.I stopped at this place, in small town, that I can't even remember, but I remembered the place,Tom's Tire, and they told me that I put too much air in my tires which caused my sensors to go off. They adjusted the air pressure for me at no charge. Now, that's customer's service.If you're ever in this area, (Hillsboro, Tx) and need a good tire repair place, look no further. Thanks guys.

LOVE this place! First experience was dropping off a uhaul. There were some issues on uhauls end and the gentleman, Ron I believe, was so helpful in getting it all straightened out quickly. We came back about a week or so later to have an oil change and inspection done and once again encountered amazing customer service. Staff are so helpful, polite and inviting. Something you don't see much anymore. And it was very affordable. Will definitely be using these folks from now on and highly recommend!

I went there for master cylinder and brake booster they put one on from AutoZone and it was adjustable and had to bring my car back for 2 1/2 months straight rotors got so hot they were orange and they could not figure out what the problem was so I had to take it to the dealer to get it right. They put new rotors pads and calipers on WITHOUT PERMISSION. Then I had returned the brake booster they put on my car bc it was wrong and when I asked for money back for wrong brake booster they I could. They returned to auto zone Tom’s said they was waiting for Auto Zone for over a month then when I called for the 5th time for money back he gave me the money back and said I made out in the deal bc they put $1400 dollars in parts on my car again without permission and they got mad about me wanting money back for the wrong booster. ??? I will never take my car there ever again.

This is the slowest tire shop I've ever seen. They ordered my tires and they arrived ok. I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame. Even the checkout time was extraordinarily long!

Toms used to be my favorite place to go for inspections and alignments. Went last week for inspection, 1 car infront of me, told me 20-30 minutes ended up taking over 2 hours. Ill never go back. I really liked them until this.

Never again will I ever do any business with this place. They had my vehicle for over 4 hours to not even do anything to it. Left 2 different numbers they didnt call either when I spoke to the guy he said he "tried reaching me multiple times" turns out he had the wrong number for me but still had the other number and didn't try not once to call that number. Then said "we have the truck still up in the air if you want to come have a look" what mechanic shop has a vehicle up in the air for 4 hours? When they're not even working on it. Makes no sense.
