I am basing my review mostly on the current staff. The ladies are always polite friendly and patient regardless of what I ask for. Thank you Marion and you other ladies for everytime you help me especial all the times I've left my debit card behind. Any complaintant should remember this is a second chance type bank.

Had to get new debit cards...has been a month still no debit cards. Went to get food for the week my cards don't work. This is the second time this has happened to me. I have had a account with them for six years. This bank is a joke they don't care about there customers. All they are looking for is a pay check!!!!!!!!!!!
