Just pulled into the loves and over by the truck gas pumps I see a truck pull his signage off his doors and stick new signage on and the truck next to him The driver gets out and beer bottles falling out of his truck why is DPS not sitting here and watching these guys!

Service at the Love's was great but apparently it's not safe. Won't be coming back. Some idiot stole both mudflaps off my truck and took off my exhaust pipe and left it hanging. Dirty, show some class.

Sunday 07/13/2024, i had a flat tire, i pull in at 1:20 PM they told me is going to be 1 hour waiting, after 1:20 mnts i went back and they told me is going to 3 hours more because they had another truck from the previous day.
After a lot of back & forth they start working on my truck and i'm about to got back to the road for a delivery early on Monday all they way in Laredo TX,

Now I stopped writing reviews because everywhere you go become normal example here I paid to use a shower and you can’t even lock the door from inside, inside not clean, no place to put your stuff if you have a bag most important someone pee they don’t bother to flash and last customer service anywhere you go loves become extremely worst why because they hire lazy and the management is poor

First thing that all employees are rude,
Second No one is cleaning the bathrooms and showers and there a picture with they’re cleaning stuff which is not sanitized

I would never go to this travel stop again the employees are very rude, i needed to take a shower and i was the 2nd person in line but waited 2 hours for my turn they never clean the showers.

Racist and rude cashier!
The subway here is also rude and they just try to make you leave this place even when I parked in parking space not at fuel area.
Try to avoid these this place.

Wow. For a second, I thought I was at a Pilot/Flying J, as nasty as this place is. Get your power washer on the fuel islands and a mop and bucket in the bathroom.

Steven Valdez is possibly the rudest adult man I have ever encountered. I have purchased over $1,600 in fuel from Loves in less than 8 days. I requested a shower and wanted to use my points. He wouldn't even take the time to see my fuel receipts to verify my purchases. He said i should of used the fuel pumps on the truck isle and told me I had to pay for the use of the shower. He then walked away. I won't be a loyal customer going forward. Just another way of getting out of the rewards system Loves markets and promotes.
