My experience here was wonderful. I went to get my daughter set up with a new phone. Ali was amazing, his customer service was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, had great knowledge of the products they had in stock and told me all about the promotions they had available.

You need to update your hours for Sunday that says on your website you open at 10:00 but on the door it says 11:00 and not to mention your employees can't even make it to work on time Ali was almost 30 minutes late and I'm sitting there waiting the whole time and he kind of gave me a little attitude like it was my fault let me catch the guy at the gas station or something and he gives me that attitude I'll fix it for him real quick since it don't seem like you can do it. So everybody I recommend you taking your time and finding somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money at because obviously this place don't appreciate your business

This was the most horrible and just overall disheartening experience I've ever had with a store. I came in with a phone I had brought from Amazon just to change my number to the new phone. I was told by both employees that with a new phone activation I would receive a free speaker and then asked if I wanted a screen protector for half price I said okay. Time to pay and the total was $95 dollars! I asked why so much and was told that the activation fee went up to 85 dollars! I could've sworn it was 25 dollars or so . So I said take the screen protector off she gave me a " discount" to bring the total down to $83. Their receipt machine was broken so they didn't give me a receipt to check what was purchased so many red flags. I was told I would be sent a text message with the purchase total. I was sent a text message with a 23 and some change . so I immediately called Metropcs was told that the new phone activation fee was indeed $23 plus some change. The Metro pcs agent advised me to immediately return to the store and get a receipt and ask questions. I did and I saw that I had been charged the speaker and the screen protector was charged at 19.00 instead of the 15 I was told. They completely scammed me at this location. Please make sure you leave with the receipt and if anything sounds off contact Metropcs directly. There is way more that happened and the interaction with the two cashiers but it's way too much to post online. I'm hoping they didn't do this to more Hillsboro people out there. If you've gone there recently and feel you were charged a very high amount I hope you didn't fall victim to this place.

Those people r the most patient n respectful people I have ever seen n dealt with. Kind n courteous n totally smart when it comes to the phones. I love dealing with them n I got a free phone. I'd definently send people over there.
