This is a truck stop/convenience store. They’re a chain and found all over the United States. As such, they have all kinds of snacks and drinks, but also have a wide array of things that trucks truckers need like new radios, and maintenance supplies for their trucks. There’s an IHOP attached to it and there’s a Burger King next to that.

Absolutely terrible and rude service, Completely incompetent and the Night Shift that was operating at 10 PM on Thursday night July 3 really needs to be ethically coached or completely replaced. Would definitely not waste my time stopping here would definitely recommend just going to the buccees If you have to come during her shift- Also should note came by the other day probably stopped in on the morning shift. There was a wonderful older lady that helped me and I definitely had nothing bad to say about her. Wouldn’t mind coming in if it was her shift. But would avoid this night crew at all costs.

This is primarily for the Burger King, I tried to fulfill the survey through the receipt but it kept giving an error. Shaquana was a doll, truly great customer service through and through. Truckstop bathrooms weren’t bad either.

This truckstop used to be the best on I 35 in Texas now its probably one of the worst. NO paper towels , every table in burger King nasty, can't get no work at the truck shop 8hr wait in most cases. What a place.. 🗑

Spencer was extremely helpful with getting something off the top of a shelf for me. He was so polite and efficient. He truly made my day with his kindness and great customer service.

There is plenty of semi truck parking, and now the bucees open across. It's easy to walk over and get all the snacks you want and don't get kicked out

This TA is pretty huge, for late comers you will definitely find a semi truck trailer parking here.

Stopped off shortly before midnight, rude staff behind the counter. Looking forward to shopping at Buc'ees the next time I pass through, maybe they'll have some customer service.

Last night or 03/14/2024 I arrived this truck stop driving straight from Laredo Tx. When I got to this truck stop it was 9:40pm. After I did post trip inspection I slipped in front of weight scale in the right side. In the morning when I start my truck the dash board light warning is on. Someone evil put water in to the fuel tank.
This type of satanic action is unexpectable company like this big

Definitely 1 of the nicer T.A/ Petro. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's always working fuel pumps, and the restaurant has great food ,great servers, and is always well presented.
