The service was great. The rooms were ok. The towel shelf was coming off the wall in the bathroom, just hanging with dry wall showing but the beds were comfortable. We needed somewhere cheap to stay for one night and this fit the bill. We didn’t get there until after 1am after a concert.

Wonderful Place To Stay.. Clean Updated Rooms. GREAT Location. Restaurants Close By within Walking Distance. Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff are Very Friendly and go out of there Way to make your Stay Comfortable.. Owners make a Point to Meet Each Guest. Great Customer Service.... Hands Down the Best Motel to Stay at in Hillsboro Texas....

Morgan was friendly and accommodating. Due to delays with our event, we were unable to arrive by our scheduled check-in time. I contacted Morgan by phone, and she was very kind, understanding, and helpful in extending our check-in. Her professionalism and empathy made the process smooth and stress-free.
Hotel is older however has been remodeled. King size room was spacious and the bed/pillows were comfortable.
We absolutely love check out time was noon, so we did miss breakfast- but coffee was still available!

Great customer service!!! Spoke with front office receptionist, Morgan, she resolved my booking issue quickly and called me back immediately to inform me the issue had been resolved. Great staff!!! Manager was accommodating and helpful as well. Would recommend staying here if you are traveling.

I had to buy a fan cause the ac wasn't quite enough. The staff was awesome. Rooms were clean pool looks nice.

We were here for a State Tournament for baseball. We secured a room (which had spiders in the shower), left and went to get our things 45 minutes to where we live. Came back and found out our tournament had been moved to a different city. Asked for a refund and was refused. Asked for the manager, was told he wasn’t here but would be in within the hour. Saw him walk in with my own eyes and asked if that was him. She told me no! Another family that checked in at the time I was requesting my refund, was waiting to ask for a refund only minutes after seeing their room and left with a refund due to their room having urine stains on their bed sheets. Wouldn’t recommend staying here due to uncleanliness, service, and just overall the way they handle business.

This was day 3 and 4 of our Texas trip (May 14th & May 15th). We arrived early and the day desk manager was more than gracious to allow us to check in early. We once again got a room on the first floor near the parking lot. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we left the first day we went into Waco, about a 1/2 hour from the hotel, and enjoyed some of the attractions. At the end of day, we returned to discover that housekeeping had not refreshed our room in error. The same manager who had checked us in immediately and personally handled the situation. The following day, we returned to Waco for more activities and when we returned to the hotel, our room had been refreshed. I cannot emphasis enough the attention that the day manager gave us in meeting all our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Smashed cockroach on the wall half the lights did not work pool was never cleaned.
Breakfast was sub-par. The exercise room was out of order

Conveniently located just off I-35 where it splits into the West and East routes, this is a good place to connect with trips and friends for travel. We were going on a bus tour that picks up at this location and as it is used by several tour companies we stayed there. The rooms are good, not flashy but clean and the beds were comfortable. As with MOST hotels/motels, the pillows needed an upgrade. The front desk clerk knew NOTHING about us leaving our car for the trip and we got THREE explanations from THREE different people. But now WE are more informed, so that shouldn't be a problem in future.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms with the most friendliest staff a hotel could ever have. Best hotel in Hillsboro TX!!!
