Well first of all I am handicapped and it's hard for me to get around every time I call there's never no answer for me to find out how much would the oil change be on a vehicle that I just purchase I don't have no time to go there and find out that I can't afford it or what have you because it takes a lot of effort for me to get in my vehicle and go do these things I don't even know why they have a telephone when they don't answer it when you are a business you need to dedicate all aspects of incoming business for the consumer every time I try to call this number they never answer and I am a handicap person that can't get around that easy to find out anything if you know what I mean well this is what I mean if you don't know it's very hard for me to get in the vehicle to find out that I can't afford their prices when they could just pick up the phone and tell me what's going on they're very inconsiderate in this way

I recommend John's Quick Lube if you need an oil change done RIGHT and QUICK. They've never failed me and the price is right!

I try to support the local guys but John's doesn't need your business. They close at 12 on Saturday and I was in line at 11:30 with one in front of me. After 10 minutes waiting in line, someone came out and flipped the sign to closed. They motioned to first guy that they were next. After letting him in the bay, she just shook her head no at me then closed the door in front of me. I understand they want to get off on time, but they could have let me know during the 15 minutes I was waiting in line.

I've been here 3 times now for my oil changes. They are so polite. I've never had to wait. The price is better than anywhere else I've been.

I was their first customer this morning when they opened up had my oil changed and asked the lady working there if he could checked my power steering fluid she asked the guy and he told her he did. When I got home I was telling my brother that I was sitting in my vehicle and I didn't see him check it my brother went and checked it was nearly empty. Also they didn't take my air filter out and blow it out like your suppose to. That business has went downhill since it used to be Rick's. I called up there and told the lady and she said well he told me he checked it I told her well I'm telling you he didn't and she said she will tell the owner. So be sure and watch them like a hawk if you go too that business because they will not have mine any longer !!!!!
They should have a a no star option because a one star review is too much.....
