So multiple visits to this store and they seem to not be able to do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING other than change your sim card when your service has been down for weeks and maybe just maybe and only sometimes get you a phone. If you want to return a NON working new phone that you just received. You must mail it. If to want to change or do anything in your account they can't you have to call the 1-800 number. Even online it says call your nearby store to check if a phone is available. They are UNABLE to do that. You must come in. Why would you go in if you don't even know if they have the phone. I showed up. Didnt have that phone or any of the ones i wanted. I hate that tmobile toke over sprint. I was with tmobile for 15 years before changing to sprint. I didn't know good service until I had sprint but now it's back to the same terrible service I ran away from. It's not only this tmobile store seem like every or most tmobile stores are like this sadly.

Would not sell me a phone unless I bought accessories. Rubi treated me as if I were stupid. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years and have never been treated so rudely by any store or salesperson. This is not the first time. Hillsboro is very unprofessional.

Why is T-Mobile in Hillsboro? This is a scam because I live in Fort Worth but every time I come into Hill County, I have NO service and then my network selection tries to automatically uses AT&T. So, what is the point of T-Mobile even being in Hill County? Such a rip off. FIX THE SERVICE IN HILL COUNTY OR SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!!

Went to get a new phone and noticed they were kinda busy so I prepared myself for a long wait but to my surprise,they instantly helped me. U see there were 3 employees and store full of customers but they were able to help all of us at the same time...at least they made us feel like we were being helped.( That's all that matters,right) As long as every one is happy. Happy customers make a happy boss!! Plus I spinned the wheel!! I won a backpack?

I am a absolutely ? completely satisfied ? customer of T-Mobile. Customer service is top notch some of the best that I have ever experienced friendly very helpful and never a problem with service. I can't say enough about my customer service at the Hillsboro TX store. My husband & I had the pleasure of working with Maria Nemesio at the Hillsboro TX store. All I can say is thank God for her. We spent 45 mins on the phone waiting for support to answer & finally decided to just drive to the store for help. Maria Nemesio took over once I got there and stuck with us through the horrible...horrible time trying to get our issues resolved. Maria stayed after work for over an hour helping us & we still couldn't resolved until the next day at no fault of hers. Because of Covid-19 hours changed for support which I understand so we had to come in the next day to complete getting a phone replacement. We felt with confidence Maria would help us and she sure did. Not only did she get a phone replacement for us but and little to no additional cost. We can tell you that calling the 800# for support sucks horribly when trying to get through & has always been even before Covid-19. But with such awesome, incredible service from Maria we will from now on go into the store to see her when we have an issue. All I want to say is thank you MARIA NEMESIO for being so incredibly sweet & helpful as we use our phone for business purposes and you sure made our day. Thank you for providing incredible customer service!!!!
