Went to get a new phone and noticed they were kinda busy so I prepared myself for a long wait but to my surprise,they instantly helped me. U see there were 3 employees and store full of customers but they were able to help all of us at the same time...at least they made us feel like we were being helped.( That's all that matters,right) As long as every one is happy. Happy customers make a happy boss!! Plus I spinned the wheel!! I won a backpack?

I can't say enough about my customer service at the Hillsboro TX store. My husband & I had the pleasure of working with Maria Nemesio at the Hillsboro TX store. All I can say is thank God for her. We spent 45 mins on the phone waiting for support to answer & finally decided to just drive to the store for help. Maria Nemesio took over once I got there and stuck with us through the horrible...horrible time trying to get our issues resolved. Maria stayed after work for over an hour helping us & we still couldn't resolved until the next day at no fault of hers. Because of Covid-19 hours changed for support which I understand so we had to come in the next day to complete getting a phone replacement. We felt with confidence Maria would help us and she sure did. Not only did she get a phone replacement for us but and little to no additional cost. We can tell you that calling the 800# for support sucks horribly when trying to get through & has always been even before Covid-19. But with such awesome, incredible service from Maria we will from now on go into the store to see her when we have an issue. All I want to say is thank you MARIA NEMESIO for being so incredibly sweet & helpful as we use our phone for business purposes and you sure made our day. Thank you for providing incredible customer service!!!!

I took my phone and number and transferred to TMobile. After I got home I figured out I could call people but they couldn't call me. I went in to the store in Hillsboro. After trying to figure out why he told me customer service would have to help. I called. The man told me that the transfer didn't work and he couldn't help me. I went back to the store. The guy working in there didn't even look up and the girl just stood there looking lost and told me she couldn't give me a new number. Call customer service. Then stood there waiting for me to call. I drove across the street to cricket. For 5$ more a month I got help.

Their sales people told me that T Mobile had a good signal in Whitney but after buying their phones found that to be untrue. After 3 weeks I canceled their service.
