I have a brother with cerebral palsy. Rhett, with out hesitation said bring him up with no charge. I said we don’t want a hand out, he says “it’s a hand up”… great people. Love y’all.

overall a amazing gym, I would only recommend expirenced lifters to go here! since the equipment is old. but one thing I wish they could change is maybe adding a vending machine for drinks! since after hours nobody is here to let me be able to purchase a drink. but otherwise its an amazing gym, positive community love it.

I've been here for a few weeks now, and let me tell you, the staff is professional, and the owners are awesome!!! Equipment is a little outdated, but everything works, and it's clean.
