“When i arrived the U-haul system was down and and was the an hour trying to get it resolved.the gentleman at this location did everything in his power to help make sure I didn't waste a 4 hour journey so I could leave with the equipment I reserved. If it wasn't for him nothing would have been done and I was even on the phone with someone at uhaul that didn't know much more to do past step 1.”
