Rented a tow dolly, was unable to use, dropped off same day. Spoke with Ron about the 116.84 charge, he's saying we did not return it, so he couldn't rent it out. Sounds like he needs to physically walk out side and look, or re check your cameras. It was in fact...there. Will not be using them again.

Needed a 6x12 trailer for a move, they didn't have one available but wanted to make it happen for us. Between the guys at the shop and the UHaul staff on the phone they sorted a trailer out of Whitney for us. Despite us offering to just go to Whitney to get it they insisted on doing it for us and had it available the next morning by 9. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person too.

The people at this U Haul location have been consistently friendly and helpful. Each of the several times I've been there, they have gone out of their way to help me with any questions or needs I had. Great rental experience!

This particular office was extremely rude. We called to let them know that we were on our way to drop our truck off but we were running late because we aren't from here & we're lost. Then man said if we weren't there by exactly 10am (which was 2 mins away at the time) that he was going to charge us for an entire day, when we were simply calling for some help and better directions than what we weren't originally given. Needless to say, they said we were 70 miles over what we were given, (which isn't true) so we had to pay $30 extra. Total scam. I've never had issues with Uhaul out of the 20 years we've used them, until we came here. That's a big thumbs down!
