I went to the store in Santa Fe where I am
From to buy a new phone and ran into nothing but trouble. The lady there was no help and just rude. She even lied to me. I left and went straight over to the Hitchcock store. I just needed to buy a new phone. Jorge took care of me and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was so helpful and so nice. Will forever be grateful and will continue to use that store from now on.

Only 1 person working the store. She had one customer before us & in the middle of "assisting" the man she took a person call. Airing out all her family drama in front of everyone in the store. Stayed on the personal call for 10 mins hindering her from assisting the customer. Completely rude & unprofessional.

This was a good Cricket store but not as good as the Cricket store in Galveston on the island. I felt like I was over charged a bit but they still have me excellent service!

Went in to have phone updated and pay my phone bill lizz was great got done fast she could and she was really sweet. Mark help me fix a problem that came up got then really fast for me when the customer service line wouldn't there great people and really recommended this place
