Mike's Transmission & Complete Automotive has been serving vehicle owners in Hitchcock and the surrounding areas for over 30 years. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including transmission repair, oil changes, engine changes, and body repair. The mechanics at the shop strive to ensure vehicles perform and look their best, backed by a warranty for peace of mind. Many customers appreciate the quick and efficient service, with one reviewer highlighting a speedy repair of a 1998 F150's transmission, completed in less than two days. Another customer praised the kindness and free diagnosis offered for a Chevy Tahoe issue, along with the convenient delivery of the vehicle. However, not all reviews are positive. One customer expressed frustration over a transmission rebuild that failed to work properly, leading to legal action. Despite this, recent management changes have improved customer experiences, with reviewers noting better service and communication. The new manager is described as dedicated, even working late to meet customer needs. Overall, Mike's Transmission & Complete Automotive is recommended for various automotive needs, with some customers planning to return for future repairs.

I called because my transmission went out on my tahoe. He came and picked up the Tahoe and took it back to the shop and had it ready in the next day so I can get back home for work. Nate did a great job!
