Everytime I deal with this bank always excellent service. Great checking and savings rewards You call them they answer no recording, them . No phone trees that take you 10 mins to get who you need , if you leave a message to be called back they do absolute the best bank around

THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR BACK! My check card was hacked and nearly $3,000 was charged to my account with TFB. There were 37 transactions, all of them at apple.com. I have no Apple accounts or devices, and never have.I contacted TFB and Apple to dispute the fraudulent charges. I had to make several trips to the bank to dispute the charges. I had to file a police report (even though the fraudster was operating from California). The bank did NOTHING to get my money back for me, and ultimately sent a letter telling me that "an unauthorized transfer did not occur". In other words, "too bad". The letter stated that I could request the documents they used in making this determination, so I called and asked for the documents. I was told that there are no such documents, that they made the determination without any investigation whatsoever!Meanwhile, I did through my own efforts get Apple to issue refunds to me. This bank wanted to hang me out to dry! I'm a disabled veteran, and can't afford to let anyone steal $3,000 from me.I first opened my accounts with TFB because I wanted to do business with a local bank instead of a corporate giant. It was the wrong decision. I am closing my business checking, personal checking, and savings accounts at TFB. I cannot recommend this bank. They do not comply with federal regulations related to fraud protection issued by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. They are supposed to investigate fraud claims, but instead they simply reject all fraud claims automatically and send a form letter, even when a cursory inquiry would show illegal fraud occurred. This leaves the victim on the hook for the damages, and unable to pursue justice because the bank has officially "determined" that fraud did not occur.This outfit gets an "F" in corporate citizenship. My advice? Bank anywhere EXCEPT Texas First Bank.

Great bank. Checking is best I have found with no fees, use any ATM and they pay a good interest rate on your deposit.
