i am always hesitant to start using a new shop but i saw the reviews for here were overwhelmingly positive so i decided to bring my car to them. i called midday to schedule an oil change and they were super nice and able to squeeze me in same day. i drive an older problematic german car so every bit of maintenance breaks something and this time was no exception. the old place i used to go over torqued my drain plug so it was snapped in there and the filter was messed up. they got a new plug delivered very quickly and showed me step by step what was going on and transparently kept me informed throughout the entire process and even gave me some pizza. the hospitality for myself and my vehicle were unmatched here and i can tell they really care about what they are doing and are very knowledgable. if youre anything like me and have just a small handful of shops you trust with your vehicle, you can add this shop to that list

My cars A/C was broken, all the other places I called told me I needed a whole new A/C system and with installation would be 100s of dollars. Mr. Schaffer took a look at my cars A/C, was very honest and informative, and fixed the A/C in under an hour without me having to buy a new system, saving me 100s of dollars. I will definitely be going back here for all my car troubles, this shop is great.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are as rude as can be and only cared long enough to get their money out of us. After that they have been total pricks about anything we have needed help with.

Phil Schaffer is a Master Mechanic. He is more than fair on pricing. He can fix any make or model (I am not exaggerating). His turnaround time is excellent. He is very busy, so make sure you make an appointment early in the morning (around 9 AM). Phil is the Best!!!!

I live 40 minutes away from here, but I always come here for my car problems. He always does a good job, and doesn't try to oversell what I need to get done like a dealership would. He is honest and will actually show you whats wrong with your car, so you know whats going on.

We are currently the past year leasing to own a durksen building from here. When we ordered and drop off service is great, building is great. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because I wish there was an easier way via email to contact for questions. I know it's not a chain and they're not in charge of the website, but the Derkson website is a bit of a joke as to you can only log in to pay, can't view remaining balance or anything else. It would be great if this location had a webpage or email listed to get a hold of. Thanks.
