This post office is absolutely rude. I have sucked it up and dealt with it the past couple of times but today was uncalled for. The post master came out to “help” and she scanned 4 out of my 15 packages than told me that she had to help someone else because there was a line but I had already waited for 30 minutes before for someone to get their packages all sent off. NEVER use this post office if you have more than one package to mail off.

We have been using this post office for a long time, and my family and I have maintained the same PO box for decades. While I can tolerate their frequent changes in hours, I draw the line at their complete lack of compassion and care. Despite our long-standing relationship, I was a month late on the payment – which keeps increasing – and today I discovered that they sent my packages back. These gifts were intended for my mother, who is dying from cancer, and my aunt, who has been caring for her.
The post office closed the box and returned my packages right before Christmas! Given our decades of business, it’s utterly unacceptable that they couldn’t provide some consideration or at least notify me before taking such action. When I explained my situation to the employee, Kat, she was dismissive and showed no empathy. My mail, including any checks to my business, meant to pay for the box, has been returned, along with any future checks I may receive. This is not just unprofessional; it's inconsiderate and disrespectful.

The old lady that works there attitude is horrible!!! I went to Houston to ship a package overnight, the person told me if it doesn’t get there In time to go to a usps with my paperwork and get my money back. Well I found this usps 3 min from my house so I went the lady said they couldn’t do anything and I need to drive over a hour back to Houston to get my money back if I want a refund. Not sure why I can’t do the refund there but I was told I could. May be time for more training with this older lady, or I don’t know maybe retire if you don’t want to help people. Old and sad… don’t take it out on the customers though

The old lady that works in there has a horrible attitude, my first time experiencing sending a package off and it was horrible. She was not helpful at all.

The manager with brown like a 1970s hair cutslender women is extremely rude....I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager...I had to go in for in person verification for change of address cause I moved back here...and the manager didn't have a clue what she was doingTried rushing me ....then got mad cause she couldn't figure it outThen I showed her 3 forms of identification and that wasn't good enoughThen I was supposed to get a confirmation email that I never got so I told her I was gonna wait their til I received the emailShe threatened to call the police on me for staying their to wait for my email confirmationI do not recommend this post officeShe clearly doesn't like her job get another one don't be rude to peopleI have alot of health issues I'm dealing with and have to see specialist and stuffI don't have time for hateful rude peopleClearly y'all need a new manager and workers.... I see other reviews about the same personClearly she's the problem not the CUSTOMERSAnd I've been a manager your supposed to know what your doing and have some class clearly you have NONE

there’s an old lady that works here and every time I come in she’s got the worst attitude and is rude to every person she encounters, she needs to take her ancient self into a home where they tolerate that

You should probably change your hours on Google to reflect your REAL hours. Thanks for the wasted gas. Be aware- they don’t open til 10am on Saturday, despite what their google business page may claim.

Hours are not posted but Google map has hours set as open at 9 a.m. According to a post worker, they do not open till 10 on Saturday.

I ship things daily, and this is by far the best post office around. They took they time to TEACH me the best way to ship for the least price. He spent about 15 minutes with me (there was nobody in the lobby).

Been coming here around 7 years or so and the woman who works the front desk with the 70s haircut Kat? I believe. Is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered working a front desk customer service job. Put her behind a computer where no one has to see her. The older gentleman and other older woman that work there are always an absolute delight. Kat hates her life.

We just moved to Hitchcock and this post office makes me sad and is extremely unprofessional. I had a package that was delivered here because I wasn’t home to get it, and they told me they will deliver it tomorrow. Why couldn’t they just hand me it? They are lazy and do not want to do their jobs. So sad.
