My family’s experience at this daycare was awful from start to finish. They were consistently understaffed and seriously lack communication with parents. One of their directors Kayla was dismissive with concerns we brought up and ultimately led to my children being dropped from their program without warning, leaving my husband and I to scramble to find childcare for our 2 year old and 3 month old. Unfortunately, you pay for what you get when it comes to childcare. I highly recommend avoiding this daycare at all costs.

I have 2 kids here and I can't think of a better place. They're amazing. I pop in at the weirdest times and I've never seen an idle staff member. They're always engaged with the kids or preparing for the kids. One time my baby was the last in the baby room and the teacher was taking her for a tour of the school, I walked up to her holding her up to look at pictures on the wall. Another time I walked in and the babies were being posed for a surprise Valentine's photoshoot. They clearly use their curriculum with fidelity too, my kids come home knowing so much. I could keep going on forever, they're worth the world to us ❤️

I have four children and this is the first time I’ve had to use a childcare center. I was terrified of leaving my 3 month old with strangers but the staff here has made this experience wonderful. My son smiles every time we drop him off. He is learning so much and I can tell how much he enjoys going there. I get daily pictures and updates. Mrs. D, Beatriz, and Charity have been God sent and we are forever grateful with the wonderful care they have provided to my son. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for childcare.

I would like to begin by saying I have never ever felt the need to leave a bad review until now. My son was enrolled in this daycare for more than two years and long story short, don't take your kids here. The attitude from the head of the daycare is appalling, she is beyond rude. Her daughter is running the place now and she isn't any better. She threatened to kick our child out and then refused to have a conversation about why, just said that they aren't equipped to handle a child like him(3 year old boy) so when we called repeatedly she decided that she didn't appreciate the frequency of the calls we were making and decided to kick him out that day. when we just wanted to know if she would be kicking our child out and if we needed to start looking around for a new establishment, there's an AMAZING daycare not far and not much more expensive than this place. Do not recommend sending your babies here!!!

I was so worried about putting my 5 month old son in daycare , every mom hears those horror stories of what goes on in a lot of daycares, but this place is awesome .I feel very secure having him there and all of the staff are wonderful !!!! I love this place.

I have been with ABC&123 daycare for a little over 11 years. My son went there and my daughter is still going there. I love the staff she has they care for our children and the crafts and activities they do on a daily basis. They help them to read and write and many other things. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. They are a part of my family and will always be.

they do art's and crafts just in the summer time they make you do naptime?!?!?!?!? even in 5th grade they make you do it just change that i will be happy!-nichole jenkins! a kid!ps plz change i will go more often :)!
