The service department here should be ashamed of themselves. Completely lied about labor hours and charged me 4x what it should have cost. I will never ever spend another dollar here. Drive to any of the much better Kubota dealers around the area.

I have not purchased anything, so this review is only for employee customer service. The sales person was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and gave me his contact information. Was greeted with a "welcome."

I have a tractor with less than 300 hrs and the ac compressor has already failed. I called into the service department and they want to charge me $1588 for just the compressor! I hate to see what they would charge for labor. I googled the part number and the same Denso compressor is sold for $215 by many suppliers. Unbelievable markup Lansdowne…talk about not looking out for your customers! In addition to their rip-off pricing the service manager told me that the ac compressor is expected to fail so quickly if the tractor is not used very often. He said I should be starting the tractor every week or so to avoid compressor failure! Hello! How about a big red tag on the windshield to warn customers of this. This is also something they should have told me when I bought this tractor from them.

$1500 to replace left rear axle bearing on my L4400.$314 for parts, $1070 for labor, $100 for shop supplies and shipping (not sure why “shipping” charges, and $75 of shop supplies….paper towels and grease maybe?) Their technicians must be wealthy at $143 shop hourly rates. When l left with my tractor there was only one tech and he was sitting in the shop reading his IPad.Applied a liberal amount of Prep-H when I got home, feel much better now.UPDATE: Was contacted by the owner(?) next day. I paraphrase: “ All repairs are approved by the customer prior to being done. I am sorry you were unhappy, and we hope to improve your experience next time.”TRANSLATION: “You approved the repair because you needed your tractor. Odds are you’ll be back, because you don’t have too many other options for repairs. I prefer not to discuss our exorbitant pricing, since that is the real issue.”

Absolutely regret giving this place any business. Customer no service is more like it. After hanging on to my utv for ten days without a call, I reached out to be told an estimate I asked for would cost me $165 upon pick up. Ridiculous. I should have bought my mower from some one else. I regret that!

Lansdown-Moody is a great choice in dealer for light construction or landscaping/agricultural needs. What I appreciate the most about Lansdown is that they do not try to up sell you with more than what you need. If you have a budget and a task, they will find you the most economical solutions that will deliver results. I have purchased various pieces of equipment from Lansdown ranging from $200.00-$90,000.00 in value and they never disappoint. If you stop at the Conroe store, ask for Carl. He will take good care of you.

I carried my zero turn Kubota in to the Splendora location and requested be serviced and put in new condition as I bought all the equipment in a farm purchase. I received a quote of $1500 which I approved. I then got a text saying my parts where in. Time went by and I text back asking if it was ready and I was told yes. When I got ready to pick it up they had not changed the oil etc. I have never had a service department try to do less. They always want to sell you more. They could ever sell me a simple oil change. But they sole me a wiring harness. Terribile service

I bought my first brand new tractor and zero turn from this location, its been a long road coming from hand me down and extensively used equipment so when I got to buy new for the first time it gave a sense of accomplishment. The staff there understood it was a very big deal for me and they made my experience something to remember and treated me like we were all celebrating. I have now owned them for the first 50 hr maintenance and Alfonso set me up with the correct filters and fluid amounts and walked me through the particulars on the Kubota. Even when things got complicated and difficult I could call him while under the tractor to ask questions and he would do all he can to guide me. The parts and service department are extremely knowledgeable and dont mind lending knowledge and advice. What a great team of people from sales to parts and service. I will not shop anywhere else, they have a customer for life.
