Beware of unfair charges and poor communication
I rented a storage space here and vacated it according to all the rules. Despite this, I was still charged after vacating. When I called about the charge, I spoke with Jeremy, the manager, who assured me that the refund would be back in my account within 3 days. Now 16 days later, I still haven't received my refund.
The communication has been frustrating, to say the least. I've been passed from one person to another, with no one able to provide clear answers. Each person seems to be waiting on someone else, and I'm not given any contact information for further clarification. I was told the next manager up is Jason, but I don't have his last name or any contact info.
At this point, I'm worried they try to charge me again for the next month, even though I've been out of the storage space for 2 months already.
Be cautious when renting a storage space here. They may continue to charge you after you've left, and the lack of accountability is alarming. This facility is owned by another company that handles their accounting, which only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency.

This is my first time renting with My Garage and I did so online. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. Yes, the rates are cheaper than other places but when I got there, the driveways were alleys of total mud and I was almost stuck 3 times. They claim I had access to my unit but I had to tromp through ankle deep mud to get to it. Access? I guess if I had to crawl on hands and knees they would call it access. It rains frequently in Houston and I find this completely unacceptable! It would be IMPOSSIBLE to use a dolly and any furniture you attempt to store would get muddy. As you walk through the muck, it tracks all into the unit. Management will not refund money! NOT WORTH IT!!!

Mary is very approachable and helps any time needed to be available for taking in another person's home or toy or investment and knows the weight of this responsibility and does a awesome job keeping the facility secure. I'd definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing to have a safe spot short term or long term.

It is a well watched (by many) storage facility that you can pretty much park it in the open , under cover or in a Roll up door storage unit. RV's, Boats, Coaches, Tractors and even Big Simi Trucks & Trailers have their own spot to sit until the next load calls. Park your truck and drive away in your small car or park the little one and make your run with the Big one.The rates are fair and they maintain the property and have been expanding to warehouse and commercial storefront space as well.If Your looking for a safe place for storage... Then Reba's is your spot to store it and I can not forget Miss. Mary, a no nonsense, to the point good woman that means what she says.
