Women's bathroom was DISGUSTING. One had feces backed up in the handicapped toilet with a trash can sitting on it. 2nd had an employee in it. 3rd had feces all over the back of the seat. The 4th had urine all over the seat. Because I was in need, I took toilet paper with antimicrobial soap (I hope) and washed the one with urine off.
In the meantime, the employee finished and l left the bathroom without washing their hands. I let the cashier know the bathrom was in need of service. He just looked at me , dismissing me, going back to reading the book in his hands. No acknowledgment. I should have stopped at the Love's or Bucee's even though I knew they would be much more busy. Next time.... well, there definitely will NOT be a next time!!

One of my fleet vehicles filled up 7/8 of a tank of of diesel on 8/19. When attempting to leave, the vehicle started to shutter, then turned off. The unit would not start. Code read "Water In Fuel". It needed to be towed to freightliner. We informed the attendant and he attempted to claim we filled up at a pump that had a bag on the handle. Our dash cam has us pulling in and no bags on the pump. Soon after they walked out and put a bag on the pump, along with another one. After that, the closed down all pumps and were taking pumps apart. Waiting on engine damage assessment.I did not click the link you provided below where i can find shell website that start with go. they are goplus.shell, but there is no period after the go.

If I could this place 0 negative stars I would. On this day 03/22/23 around 7:30 Pm the gentlemen working the register REFUSED to scan my ID for alcohol. He claimed it to be fake, when it fact is was REAL. I was profiled and refused alcohol WITHOUT A PROPER SCAN OF ID. I asked him kindly to multiple times and was afraid like a little rat that it would be REAL and still refused me service. PLEASE GET YOUR EMPLOYEES IN LINE. AND HAVE THEM DO THERE JOB. I will be looking into a lawsuit for the employee. And contacting management soon.

Been screwing this area and community for so many years!!! Everything in the store including the gas is overpriced!!! The ice cream tastes old. So glad there’s a different option. Greed never wins!!! Good riddance!!!

If I could rate this zero Stars, I would. I used 1500 points on my Marlboro app to redeem a coupon that says it could be used here. After making me activate the coupon, the guy said he couldn't use it. So now my point and coupon are both wasted, and I will never ever be returning to this location even though I live right across the street

Cashiers are rude, they don't speak. And the items are very pricey. I can see the gas station across the street getting more business once it opens.
