The passport process was a breeze for my daughter. The entire process was maybe 5 minutes total. We brought her passport photos from Walgreens and her pre-filled application from the passport website. Definitely recommended for passport appointments if you don't want to wait a month or more in the Katy area.

The gentleman at the counter (Xavier?) is always friendly, courteous and has far more patience than I would at times. It's small PO, but by far the best I have been to!
