Excellent service from Xavier! I hadn’t completed the application, and the photos I brought from Walgreens were not acceptable, so he took new ones for me. He was very patient, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. If you need to apply for a passport, I highly recommend coming here.

The passport process was a breeze for my daughter. The entire process was maybe 5 minutes total. We brought her passport photos from Walgreens and her pre-filled application from the passport website. Definitely recommended for passport appointments if you don't want to wait a month or more in the Katy area.
