“Nice honest and trustworthy. I took my car in with an unknown problem. They took their time doing multiple tests until they found out what was wrong. They then took me out and clearly explained what was going on. They answered all questions I had. They then let me know that my car would be under warranty and wrote out what I should tell the dealership.
