Update: Years later, management and team has changed but I keep coming back. Great company with excellent service. They truly care about taking care of the people who drive the machines they service. Highly recommend.
Original: Everyone gets on here to leave negative reviews, but I saw these guys go above an beyond to help the happy customers in the lobby. I would definitely recommend going to see these guys over any mom and pop shop any day.

Exceptional Service and Top-Notch Expertise!
I recently needed a new set of performance tires for my Porsche 911 and couldn’t be happier with the experience at this shop. Craig and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and precision. They recommended the Bridgestone Potenza tires, and I’m thrilled with the results—my car drives smoother, handles better, and feels more responsive than ever.
From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Craig took the time to walk me through the options, explained the benefits of the tires, and made sure I was comfortable with the choice. The installation was quick and efficient, and they treated my vehicle like it was their own.
What really stood out to me was their professionalism, deep knowledge of performance vehicles, and genuinely friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a team that combines all three so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and will be recommending Craig and his crew to all my friends and family. A+ experience!

UTTERLY DISHONEST. Brought my vehicle in to do an alignment. Upon picking it up, I got on the highway and it was a fight to keep it in one lane. Terribly dangerous. I brought it back and asked them if they drove it and they said just down the service road. I told them to align it again and they called me back and said it needed new ball joints. Little did they know, we had the ball joints replaced two days before we brought it to them. 100% dishonest. Will never be going to this location again.

So far fantastic, helping me get things checked. After getting so badly ripped off from another place. I'm going in Thursday to have them fix everything and put missing parts on. I will never go anywhere but Firestone again. The employees are wonderful too.

Usually for the service I need for a wheel alignment, it would be a whole day event, they took me in and was out within 2 hours. Feels good to be taken care of and issue fixed.

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! Mechanics are great, but customer service is worse than horrible (name will not be mentioned). I waited nearly 3 hrs WITH an appointment for routine service that should take ~45 minutes.

As a single woman, it is somewhat terrifying having to take care of car maintenance things on my own. The team at Firestone really took care of me this week. They were friendly and helpful and I never felt like I had to be on my guard. They handled my warranty matters and made sure that I left there feeling safe with my new tires.

My husband went here only to have his truck wrecked by a “technician” whom backed his truck into not one but TWO parked cars. He didn’t apologize and my husband has still yet to receive his deductible back from them after almost a year!! They nickel and dime you and offer low ball offers as a form of settlement instead of doing the right thing. $4000 worth of damage later and still not proper communication or compensation
DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Horrible experience do not take your vehicle here!!! The mechanic drove my truck into two parked trucks !! Then firestone corporate offered a low ball settlement that wouldn't have covered a quarter of the repair cost !! I had to turn it to my insurance to get the truck repaired! It's been a year and FIRESTONE still will not pay state farm back for there mistake!! 4000 in repairs from a wreck there mechanic caused by driving my vehicle out of the shop bay into two parked cars !!!! No compensation!! Sketchy and non respectful !!!
Save your self the headache !! Oh btw they still charged me for the services that day !!
Would've never expected this from such a "big" company.

I was out of tiwn and noticed i had some metal on tire. Being Sunday, my go-to place was closed. I've used firestone as an emergency location. Air was not leaking, but I still a long way before I'd get back home. Stopped at this Firestone. The older gentleman was great! Awesome customer service. All employees were nice and helpful.

Been going to Firestone for more than a decade. This location has always been up front about what service(s) are necessary for the vehicle and worked hard to get them done in a timely manner. Highly recommend as your "primary care" for your vehicles.
