“So I'm going to do this review in a two-part one for one night and one for the other night so night one. I checked into my room and I noticed both rooms that I booked need to be vacuumed which I did point out to the front desk which they actually sent somebody within the next 10 minutes as they had to confirm our rooms and that what we needed and when I got back to the rims they were vacuumed out.
Service was very friendly upon check-in but the check-in was kind of confusing as you can pull through their drive-thru which does not have a sign or you could go into the lobby which also does not have a sign but luckily a lady flagged us down before I pulled off the service is top notch even though I only spoke with them once as of this post.
Second night my room was clean. I didn't even need to ask for anything. I did notice my bed sheets did have some hair. Which tells me one of two things. One they need to clean their filters more often or two. They need to take a lint roller to the bed sheets real quick but it wasn't anything crazy. Just a couple hairs that brushing off fixed.
So now for my personal opinion versus my professional.
Personally, the area is very good. It's close to everything so location is great. The rooms were pretty good considering the price and the staff was attentive and I keep a lint roller with me anyways because I check my bed everywhere I Go, it could be a 10-star hotel and I'm still going to check the bed for bed bugs but I keep a lint roller with me whenever I travel anyways just because I like my stuff clean. Honestly I would come back here. I didn't get to try the pool and the TVs work. The only thing I'm upset about is I didn't get a card with the Wi-Fi but I don't even know if Wi-Fi is included. If not, oh well it's not going to be the end of me but 9 out of 10 stars. I'll come back again If I need to be in Hondo again”
