I purchased a slim Jim and got to the car and it obviously had mold on it when I opened it, so I went back inside to see if I could exchange it for one without mold. When I asked the cashier (I believe her name was Allien) she never said a word to me, she walked behind the counter and said “give me what you’re getting” I didn’t understand what she said so I asked her to repeat herself. She then yelled when she repeated herself which was unnecessary and rude. There is no reason for her to act that way towards customers especially when the store provides food that is moldy. Customer service at this store is always extremely disappointing.

Managers are rude and disrespectful to customers concerns, they are always talking about inappropriate topics when you are being checked out, the store is NASTY DIRTY. They claim they don’t have enough help to get everything done, I call it laziness. I’ve gone in there 3 times over the last month and each time something rang up different than what the shelf was marked, when I asked for them to change it they tell me they can’t override it, I call BS on that too. I’ve worked in the grocery world and I know ever price can be changed, oh wait you might have to do it manually…oh no!! The customer is always right no matter what!! Corporate, Distrist leaders or someone that is high up needs to come see how bad a shape this store is in. They need to clean house. I will be emailing/calling corporate to make a complaint.

Our store in Honey Grove is the worst DG I have been in and now they have a checker who cant give change when the computer tells her how much. YOu cant see the yellow lines in the drive way and it looks dirty. The staff mostly are great the manager is not. PLEASE HELPUS. We may be small town but we deserve better. I will be going to Bonham till this is fixed.
