I moved in a 10x20 April 2022. Chad and staff were very accommodating. Told me up front a little water can get in some units if heavy rain from the wrong direction. Stored stuff on ground in plastic storage tubs. Also, Chad reminded me to make sure my homeowners insurance covered my possessions in the storage unit. No problems. 5-stars.

Back in November of 2022 a tornado significantly damaged my home north of Honey Grove. With half the roof gone, I was fortunate enough to salvage a good bit of the furniture & belongings. This was a new storage facility and was local, so I placed my belongings in a nice large unit here at Hidden Grove Storage. When it was time to move back into my house in the early summer of 2023, I found all of my belongings sitting in 2 inches of water. Everything was damaged except a few things in plastic boxes, all of the furniture had water damage, everything was moldy and reeked. Hidden Grove’s response was basically “tough toenails bud” you signed this document saying we aren't responsible for anything. I strongly suggest you find another facility that wasn’t built in a hole. BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE FLOODS!!

Facility was nice and secure. Billing is an issue. We were the first RV to use the adjoining RV storage in November, 2019. Recently moving to Paris, Hidden Grove Storage was the closest storage facility we could find for our trailer. Kevin (manager) was wonderful to work with. (Don't know what happened to him). In June, 2021 we notified HG that a new facility was opening in Paris and we would be moving our RV there in July and to not draft our monthly payment. HG drafted our bank for that payment anyway for the $106.09. Having no luck with phone calls and E-mails to get the refund, I went to the resort office to ask for the refund. Chad got on his computer and said the refund would show up in our bank in about three days. He indicated that if it didn't refund our account he would write a check for the refund. Of course it did not happen so I contacted Chad and he said he would get right on it. Another few weeks went by and still no check. I called Chad again and told him I didn't want to take this to small claims court but I didn't see other options. I received a check for $85 (not the $106.09 charged) within three days? I'm not sure why that amount was refunded so I sent Chad another E-mail asking for the balance to be sent to me. I even sent a copy of that E-mail by postal service. Now two weeks later, I still haven't seen a check. Be aware that they don't pay their bills in full, like I had to do since 2019.
