“I moved in a 10x20 April 2022. Chad and staff were very accommodating. Told me up front a little water can get in some units if heavy rain from the wrong direction. Stored stuff on ground in plastic storage tubs. Also, Chad reminded me to make sure my homeowners insurance covered my possessions in the storage unit. No problems. 5-stars.”
